How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who reach Honeyble Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What you can bring to us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Honeyble Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the issue is with a provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Honeyble Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending your complaint
Email contact@honeyble.rest and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After you write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If you're still unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help when the provider is licensed.
